Birthday Reward

- Save your birthday above to become eligible for a birthday coupon.
- Eligible members may receive a RM8 birthday coupon during their birthday month.
- The birthday coupon is valid until the end of the birthday month.
- The birthday coupon can be used with a minimum spend of RM80.
- Each member is eligible for one birthday voucher per year.
How it works
Create an account or log in before placing your order so eligible purchases can earn points.
Points are calculated from the product subtotal after discounts. Shipping fees and non-product charges are excluded.
When points are available, you can apply them directly at checkout for order savings.
Program Rules
Simple points, clear savings.
The rewards program is designed to be easy to understand and practical for everyday pet supply orders.
- Members earn 1 point for every RM1 spent on eligible products.
- Every 100 points can be used as RM1 off.
- A minimum of 100 points is required before points can be used.
- Points can be used in blocks of 100 points.
- Points may be limited to 10% of the product subtotal in a single order.
- Points are valid for 3 months from the date they are earned.
- Points and vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Refer a Friend
Share the love, earn together.
Every member has a personal referral link. When a friend joins and places their first order, you both get rewarded — no limit on how many friends you can refer.
- Every member gets a unique referral code and shareable link.
- When a friend creates an account through your link and places their first order, you both receive 200 points (worth RM2).
- The referral bonus applies to a friend’s first order only.
- There is no limit on how many friends you can refer.
- If the referred order is cancelled or refunded, the referral points are reversed.
