How long does delivery take?
West Malaysia: 2–4 business days. East Malaysia: 4–7 business days. Singapore: 3–5 business days. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
Do you ship to Singapore?
Yes! We ship to Singapore. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight. Free shipping is available for Malaysian orders above RM250.
Are your products authentic?
100%. We import directly from trusted Taiwanese suppliers — no middlemen, no grey-market products. Every item is verified authentic before it ships.
Can I return a product?
Yes, within 7 days for unopened, undamaged items in original packaging. Perishable goods (food, treats) cannot be returned. Please contact us first before sending anything back.
