We lived in Taiwan for years and saw first-hand how pets there are treated as family — in daily life and in product quality. In 2019 we brought that same care back to Malaysia, starting on Shopee and Lazada, one product at a time. What we learned along the way: pet parents don’t lack choices, they lack someone who’s already vetted them.

我們在台灣生活過一段時間,親眼看到台灣怎麼把寵物當作家人對待——從日常生活到產品品質,都看得出這份用心。2019年,我們把這份心意帶回馬來西亞,從蝦皮、Lazada一件一件開始。這些年下來,我們更確定一件事:飼主不缺選擇,缺的是有人先幫忙把關過。
