Unused, unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange unless the item is defective.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods — cat food, treats, nutritional pastes, and supplements
  • Opened or used health and personal care products (e.g. acne gels, ear cleaners)
  • Gift cards or downloadable items
  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery
  • Items not in original condition, or missing parts not due to our error

Because we deal in pet food and health products, we take hygiene and safety seriously. If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us first.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact us at furrybabiesresources@gmail.com or WhatsApp +60 11 1424 3817 with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days with return instructions.

3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address we provide. Please use a trackable shipping service.

4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days.

Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be credited to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or payment provider, but typically takes 5–10 business days after we process it.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank first. If the issue persists, contact us and we’ll investigate right away.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Items purchased on sale or during promotions are not eligible for refunds unless defective.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us with a photo of the damage within 7 days of receiving your order.

Shipping Returns

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item was defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable service — we cannot guarantee we’ll receive untracked returns.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
